Dordon Village Hall
Our lovely hundred-year-old village hall has various rooms available to hire at extremely competitive rates for private parties, meetings or regular groups and classes. We welcome community use of the facilities - why not hire one or more of the rooms for your function? Village Hall Facilities
Main Hall
The spacious main hall with its sprung and polished wooden floor is ideal for parties, exercise classes, talks and dances. There are in total 19 tables and 140 chairs. The hall can comfortably hold 180 people standing, or 120 seated. The Hall benefits from having a projector which can show films, and also we have an indoor bowls mat for those feeling energetic!

Our fully refurbished commercial grade Kitchen
We are proud of our recently refurbished commercial grade kitchen. It has everything you will need for your catered function, whether it's a birthday party, a buffet or a sit-down meal - inside or outside the hall. Oven, fridge, sink, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery - they're all here! You can see the facilities available in the pictures below. There is also a large serving hatch and two sink areas with hand washing facilities, perfect for self catering and equally adequate for outside catering.

If you want something smaller or more informal, you can hire this small room next to the kitchen. It's ideal for serving drinks!

Hub Area
This area can be kept totally separate from the rest of the Village Hall, with its own entrance from Kitwood Avenue.
There is a small meeting area and also a small kitchen for serving tea or coffee.

Village Hall Green
At the back of our lovely hall is a large grassed area, ideal for outside events, whether they involve bouncy castles or al fresco picnics - there is even space for a marquee!

There is a large car park to the side of the hall, accessible from Browns Lane.

Toilet Facilities
There are toilets off the main hall, as well as a disabled toilet to the side of the hall. There is another disabled toilet in the Hub Area.
